Our Tomahawk Steak & Wine Hamper is the perfect treat for sharing, date nights and dining in, as well as making an impressive gift. Locally sourced mouth-watering steak paired with Spanish organic white wine, this one can’t fail to impress on taste or presentation.

Our show-stopping Tomahawk steak hampers are a perennial customer favourite and it’s easy to see why. This exquisite steak from Dedham Vale cattle, which graze exclusively on grass in the fields and water meadows in the summer and on hay harvested from the farm during winter, is locally sourced for its intensity of flavour and high-welfare farming credentials and has been aged over 28 days for the ultimate tasty and tender steak experience. 

We’ve included our favourite Angus & Oink's Dirty Cow BBQ beef rub to perfectly complement the Tomahawk. Developed to deliver maximum crustal distortion and super bark power, it has uber umami impact from hand-ground coffee beans, deep mahogany Javanese sugar, black and white pepper, a hit of chipotle, umami, Chilean oregano, smoked paprika, nutmeg and soy sauce. Simply dust on your steak and allow to sit for 20 minutes before cooking.

To further enhance your steak experience, we’ve paired it here with Just F**king Good White Wine from our fabulous maker, Neleman Organic Vineyards. This Spanish White is composed mainly by Verdil, an indigenous Alforins variety. After being blended with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Viognier, the grapes are placed in a cold store for 15 days at 5ºC. It is partially fermented in new French Oak

Super-fresh cherry vine tomatoes and mixed leaf salad provide the all-important finishing touches to this stunning hamper, which also includes full cooking instructions and a beautiful recipe card.
