White wine fans will be thrilled with this strong and fruity white wine from Valencia in Spain. Composed primarily from very ripe but shaded Verdil grapes blended with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier, this award-winning tipple surprises with its complexity and balance. The grapes are placed in a cold store for 15 days at 5ºC and then partially fermented in new French Oak.
