This special cheese and wine hamper is led by the famous Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher - handmade and matured for between 14-16 months - it is smooth and densely creamy. Clawson Blue Stilton is a firm favourite to pair with these best of British prize-winners. A fabulously rich hand-ladled Creamy Stilton with a deep, lingering, complex flavour. To stand out with these delicious cheeses we have selected Park Head Brie de Meaux. Enjoy with Peter’s Yard Sourdough Crackers bringing the perfect crunch to this trio. Serve with fig relish and crunchy aromatic celery and Tracklements Caramelised Onion Marmalade, the perfect accompaniments for these incredible cheeses.
