Once upon a time ‘We’ was just me, Dan… I had a van, some help from my dad and an obsession with food and travel in lands kissed by the sunshine and the Mediterranean sea!
Then ‘We’ became me and Rachel. The farmers markets and festival became a thing of the past as we focussed on Silver&Green’s next step. That was 2015…now we are a dedicated team of 10 supplying retailers and foodservice teams around the UK with the best the Med has to offer.
